Goglado is a tool that helps fitness studios (gyms, yoga and dance studios, trainers, and similar businesses) manage their members, renewals, and payments. This policy explains what information we handle and how. Goglado is operated by the Goglado team. If you have questions, contact us at hello@goglado.com.
Studio owners/staff create an account to use Goglado. Members and leads are the people a studio adds into their account. A studio controls the information it enters about its own members and leads; Goglado stores that information on the studio's behalf and keeps each studio's data separated from every other studio.
We use this information only to provide the service: to show your members and renewals, help you record payments, and let you contact your members. We do not sell your data or your members' data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Goglado does not send messages on your behalf. When you tap “WhatsApp” or “Call”, your own phone opens WhatsApp or the dialer with a message pre-filled for you to review and send yourself. We are not connected to WhatsApp's systems.
Data is stored using Supabase (a hosted database and authentication service) in a data centre in the India (Mumbai) region. Connections are encrypted in transit, passwords are stored using one-way encryption (hashing), and database rules ensure one studio cannot access another studio's data.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing hello@goglado.com. If you record information about your members, you are responsible for having their permission to do so and for honouring their requests about their data.
Goglado is in an early pilot stage, and this policy may be updated as the product grows. We will update the date at the top when we make changes.
