These terms govern your use of Goglado, a tool for managing a fitness studio's members, renewals, and payments, operated by the Goglado team. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Goglado is currently an early pilot and is provided “as is,” without warranties. Features may change and occasional issues may occur. Please do not rely on it as your only record of important information — keep your own backups of critical data.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for the information you enter about your members and leads, including having their permission to store their details and to contact them. You agree to use Goglado only for lawful purposes and not to send unwanted or unlawful messages.
Payment features let you record payments you receive from your members for your own bookkeeping. Goglado does not process card or UPI payments and does not handle money between you and your members. During the pilot, any fee for Goglado itself is arranged directly with us.
Do not attempt to access other studios' data, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
To the extent permitted by law, the Goglado team is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or revenue arising from use of this early-stage service.
You can stop using Goglado at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
